  • In general: 
    1. when countries reach out regarding regulatory topics when should PM immidiately contact trough his/ her channel (urgent)? 
    2. Still should there be a pre step through SSC?
    3. Wich topics are urgent / wich not so urgent 
  • Adress change? Experiences, what are the issues behind, at what point is PM getting involved?
  • Company unifiying/ fusion? Experiences

I don’t really have a specific topic to talk about with SSC  right now. But I am interested to hear what SSC wants to contribute

I think my way of cooperating with SSC is clear and working. If they have any comments about me, they can let me know ?. I don’t have any questions for them, I solve them in real time

 

 

Fragen von der SSC an die PMs

 

  • All communication should go through SSC e-mail address. Important messages can be missed/delayed otherwise!
  • Short deadlines: we often get requests on very short notice (tenders etc.). Do you know about this and can PMs influence this?
  • Topic „communication flow“: Where do we stand? What/How can we improve the communication flow? Sharing of general information with SSC Team.

Our aim for this meeting: fact finding

  • Processes which concern PMs and SSC, like IFU translations or on-/offboarding of suppliers: please mind the process (helpful work instructions are available). 

IFU translations, as an example: who of PMs is familiar with the process of IFU translations? Do everybody know what is his/her part to do? Are there any questions?
